Do you think that the people who works with you are afraid about make a mistake? If they commit an error, do you give them his support?
It is important… TheĀ people who works with us have confidence. Make a mistake isn’t going to make to lose his employment.

Interesting thought, at my workplace it seems you gain more respect by being able to action items set by Management (no matter how demanding) as well as not making mistakes in the process.
As soon as you make a mistake that your boss notices you lose respect and your ability is questioned.

You know, i think that, your boss, if he is really good boss,if he understands people and he is good in social relationship, you will not lose your respect. Why?
Because everybody of us can do mistakes.
Therefore, if you had made mistake one or two times it’s no so important. But if you are doing mistakes every day… then yes, then you will lose respect.
