You know, i think that, your boss, if he is really good boss,if he understands people and he is good in social relationship, you will not lose your respect. Why?
Because everybody of us can do mistakes.
Therefore, if you had made mistake one or two times it&#039;s no so important. But if you are doing mistakes every day... then yes, then you will lose respect.</description>

		<description>Interesting thought, at my workplace it seems you gain more respect by being able to action items set by Management (no matter how demanding) as well as not making mistakes in the process. 

As soon as you make a mistake that your boss notices you lose respect and your ability is questioned.</description>
